Morgan is very loyal, loving and is an utter princess. She is loves being in warm places and as near to her favourite people as she can get. She definitely prefers curling up with humans to other dogs.
She is very curious and always likes to know what is going on! She loves cuddles and especially loves having her ears and belly tickled.
She is a full of energy dog and loves going for long walks especially in fields and woods where she can have a good run. We’ve been trying to get her to swim, as one of my other dogs loves a swim, but at present she will only go in up to her belly. She really is not a fan of cold in any form! However, she does love having her posh coat on when she goes out and behaves like a total princess when wearing it.
She’s not a typical couch potato but loves curling up by the side of me in the evening after a long day exploring the countryside. She loves running with other dogs, especially if they will outrun her.
She is very good at letting you know if someone comes to the house! She is very clever and it’s always worth keeping rubbish away from her as she loves an exploration of rubbish bags if she gets the chance!
She loves new people and young children but on meeting them will be very bouncy and, despite lots of encouragement to the contrary, still has a tendency to jump up at people. We have found that if she meets them from her crate she is much more settled and much less likely to jump. Despite training her not to, she sometimes jumps at people when she is on the lead.
She does have a rather peculiar dislike of snails. If she finds one she is not keen to walk past. She saw one in our garden once and refused to go out until we had removed it!
